Pricing

Priced per closing, not per headache

A flat-fee practice needs to know the per-file cost before it says yes. Here is the whole model on one page: no quote form, no hidden tiers.

The pilot is free

The founding-cohort pilot, three live closings with concierge onboarding of every party, costs nothing. No card, no term, no commitment. You keep the sealed archive from each one whether or not you continue. See the founding cohort.

After the pilot: pay per closing

We price the way you bill: per file. You pay $99 per closing you run on ClosingRecord, or $49 per closing as a founding partner. That is it: no seat licenses to true up, no annual contract to sign, and you can pass it through as a disclosed closing cost or absorb it. It is well under 10% of a typical buyer-side fee.

  • Every other party is free. The seller's attorney, both agents, the lender, the inspector, the appraiser: nobody you invite to a File pays anything. You are the only one with a bill, because you are the one who gets the defensible record.
  • No annual lock-in. Unlike practice-management suites that require 12 to 36 month terms, you can stop any time; your sealed archives keep verifying offline regardless.

Founding-partner pricing that sticks

The five founding-cohort firms pay half ($49 per closing instead of $99, and half price on the monthly plans too) for as long as they keep using ClosingRecord. Standard pricing will be higher as the product matures; while you remain a founding partner you never pay it. That is the trade for being early and helping shape the tool. (The precise terms are in the written pilot agreement.)

Prefer a monthly plan?

For a steadier practice, a flat monthly plan with closings included can be simpler than pay-as-you-go. Founding partners pay half here too, for as long as they keep using ClosingRecord:

  • Tier 1: $199/month ($99 as a founding partner). For a solo or small practice with a regular flow of closings.
  • Tier 2: $499/month ($249 as a founding partner). For a busy multi-attorney practice doing volume every month.
  • Enterprise: let's talk. For multi-office or high-volume firms; contact us and we will size a plan to your volume.

Not sure which fits? Start pay-as-you-go and switch to a plan whenever the math favors it.
