Privacy Policy

What we collect

• When you contact us or book a call. The details you type into the contact or booking form: your name, email, firm, phone (if you provide it), your message, and — for bookings — the meeting type and time you request. That is used to reply to you and, if relevant, to arrange and run a pilot.
• Website analytics — deliberately minimal. We use our own first-party, privacy-respecting analytics. There are no cookies, no localStorage, no persistent identifier, and no third-party or advertising trackers. Each visit gets a random, per-page-load session token that lets us count a visit without tracking anyone across visits, and we do not store your IP address. If you arrived from one of our outreach links it may carry a short reference tag so we can tell that campaign worked. The result is one aggregate line in our logs per event.
• Pilot / product data. If your firm runs a pilot, the platform holds the transaction records you and the other parties add to a File — documents, messages, sign-offs, and the like. That data belongs to your firm and the parties on the File, not to us; we process it to provide the service. See Security for how it is protected.

How we use it

To respond to you, to run and support a pilot, and — from the aggregate analytics only — to understand which pages and outreach are useful. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of infrastructure providers to operate the service: Amazon Web Services for hosting and Amazon SES to deliver the emails that reach us. They process data on our behalf, not for their own purposes. Pilot data is shared only among the parties on that File, which is the point of the product. We will disclose data if required by valid legal process — and, as described in Security, we will notify an affected firm and give it a chance to object where we lawfully can.

How long we keep it

Contact and booking details are kept while we are in touch and for a reasonable period after, then deleted on request. Analytics are aggregate log entries. Pilot data is retained per your pilot agreement, and exported to you on request.

Your choices

Email jesse@jeskelgroup.com to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Please do not send confidential client information through the website forms.

Data location & security

Data is stored in the United States (Amazon Web Services, US East). We aim to maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards consistent with the New York SHIELD Act; the specifics are on the Security page. If a security breach affects your personal information, we will notify you (and, for pilot data, the affected firm) without undue delay and consistent with applicable law.

Children

This site and product are for professional use and are not directed to children under 16.

Changes

We will update this page as the product grows and note the date at the top. Material changes that affect a pilot will be communicated directly.
